Welcome to MISHV. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing of our colour and texture wall services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.

Scope of Service

MISHV specializes in providing high-quality colour and texture work for residential and commercial spaces. All projects are executed by trained professionals, using standard industry practices and approved materials.

Scheme Details

• 2 BHK Flats: This scheme is applicable only to flats with a carpet area of up to 600 sq. ft. Additional area will be chargeable as per standard rates.
• 3 BHK Flats: This scheme is applicable only to flats with a carpet area of up to 800 sq. ft. Any extra square footage will incur additional charges.
• One Wall Charm: Applicable for a maximum of 150 sq. ft per wall. Additional coverage will be billed separately.
• Charm of Texture Wall: Applicable for a maximum of 150 sq. ft per wall. Additional coverage will be billed separately.

Material & Design Selection

All textures, colours, and finishes are subject to availability. Final design approval must be given before the commencement of work. Custom textures or non-standard materials may involve additional charges.

Booking & Payment

• A minimum booking advance of 50% is required to schedule services.
• The balance payment must be made upon completion of work.
• All payments are to be made via approved payment methods. No refunds will be entertained after work has started.

Project Timeline

Timelines for project completion will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, access issues, or customer-side changes are not the responsibility of MISHV.

Surface Preparation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the surface is ready for texture or colour work. Any repairs, water leakage issues, or dampness must be resolved before work starts. All materials and furniture must be cleared from the work area prior to commencement. Additional prep work (if required) will be charged separately.

Maintenance & Service Policy

While MISHV uses high-quality materials and application techniques, no service warranty is provided post-completion. Clients are advised to follow maintenance best practices to preserve the finish and longevity of the work.

Safety & Clean-Up

Our team follows standard safety protocols during application. Post-completion, we ensure a basic clean-up of the work area. Deep cleaning or waste removal beyond the scope of our work is not included.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where MISHV operates.

Cancellation Policy

Booking advance is non-refundable once materials have been procured or work has commenced
